Which fruit provides the most fiber per serving?

Raspberries. While all whole fruit provides fiber, berries are notably high in the nutrient. Raspberries, blackberries and blueberries are all great sources of fiber (about 8 grams per cup). Off-season, frozen berries are more widely available and generally less expensive than fresh ones.
