Heart-healthy polyunsaturated fats...

Polyunsaturated fats include both the omega-6 fats found in cooking oils and the omega-3 fats found in fish. Used in place of saturated fats, polyunsaturated fats may help to improve blood cholesterol levels, thereby reducing risk for heart disease. Like all types of fat, polyunsaturated fats deliver 9 calories per gram (versus the 4 calories per gram that carbohydrates and proteins provide)—so moderation is key.

Be sure to talk to your doctor about the right diet for you.
